Guide to Valley Performing Arts

Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate break, as determined by the show’s director and house manager.

Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Cell Phones, pagers, and other mobile devices need to be turned off or silenced for the courtesy of the actors and other patrons.

Smoking is not permitted inside Valley Performing Arts.

Concessions are available from our concessions counter, including water, soda, coffee, and snacks located in the Beu Lobby.

Restrooms are located on the west side of the building, down the hall past the concessions and ticketing counter.

Wheelchair seating is available in our theatre.  There are two seats in the Machetanz Theatre for those in wheelchairs, which are available through our ticketing office only.  Please contact our box office at (907) 373-0195 if you have additional questions.

Children are welcomed at Valley Performing Arts.  However, we do ask that you step out to the lobby if you have a crying child.  All patrons, including children, do need a ticket.

Parking is available in the lot in front of Valley Performing Arts.  Handicapped parking is available directly in front of the building, and also against the east fence, closest to the theatre.

Ticketing is available by calling our box office at (907) 373-0195, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, or 24 hours a day on our website at www.valleyperformingarts.org.  Tickets are non-refundable, and exchanges are available for Season Ticket patrons for a fee of $2.00 per ticket by calling the box office.

EMERGENCY EXITS are located on the floor at both stage right, and stage left, marked by EXIT signs.  In the case of an emergency, please proceed to the exits in a orderly manner.
